The TAIFUSHIN MEDITATION is the meditation of peace
.
peace is our goal. Through peace we will reach happiness and happiness
is everyone deepest goal any activity in the root of life is part of satisfying
the human need to exist. So you wants to survive. In order to survive
you needs to work hard some for food some for mental satisfaction once
you reach this need you satisfy than you happy so you need peace
TAIFUSHIN meditation let you realize this need and help you to be a better
person
for your self and the surrounding
once people wishes for peace the world become a better place to be and
live in
WHY PRACTICE
TAIFUSHIN MEDITATION?
TAIFUSHIN meditation is our way to understand ourselves
and the nature of things .
it helps us to understand the world we are living in a clear and true
realization .
It will bring us to the point where our souls are free of rules borders
and
mental "ice walls" that were built through the years by education
of our parent's and education and society that some were influenced by
old fashion way of thinking were no human rights were the root for educating.
for instance in some religious man and women are not equal in others the
father is one big dictator that rule his family in iron hands and rules.
in others societies the government rules the peoples in cruelty which
effect the way of raising one child
There are many examples of a non free and honest way of education
where human rights and individual free choice and wish are at same equality
as others.
The society except only a certain ways if you think different you might
be abused or maybe shot in old days or maybe hanged or burned .
Now days it is better but still many society are not progress enough to
share true peace and freedom through daily life.
Through TAIFUSHIN meditation one can become a more
balanced and a happy person with no fear of life and to harmonize freely
his soul/mind body and nature together .
So TAIFUSHIN MEDITATION
IS OUR WAY TO UNIFY
OUR SOUL AND HEARTS
WITH MOTHER NATURE AND WITH THE OTHERS WHO MEDITATE WITH US
AND HAVE THE SAME BELIEF .
HOW TO
MADITATE TAIFUSHIN MEDITATION?
TAIFUSHIN meditation can be practiced alone or in a group 2 an more here
are the guidelines for meditate :
1.it is best to perform in a quiet place best on the ground -mother nature
but can be in a room or even in bad each one can find his own place in
simple
words TAIFUSHIN meditation can be practice everywhere
lay on your back on the ground spread your hands to the side of your body
palms facing the sky's (hands about 45 degrees sideways),legs slightly
open
close your eyes
release all tension in your body listen to your breathing
3.when you are ready to start breath in deeply through your nose(inhale)
and
breath out loudly using the sound HOMMMM.... THROUGH
YOUR MOUTH FOR 9 TIMES(exhale )each breath out all the way emptying
the air until no voice.
4.after stay for up to 45 min.in a deep silent meditation free your mind
let your thoughts travel freely and reach calmness and harmony with your
body and soul.
5.when time finished -the time you choose 1 min'or up to 45'min move slowly
to your left or right side and raise up and sit for a few seconds then
move to the other side and do the same after you can sit on your knees
for 5 -10 second or stand up
then releases your joints and neck freely and move on with your daily
life.
